Description

You will engineer AI agents that automate complex processes for an enterprise client, combining LLM engineering with strong software development. The work includes building custom agents, tools, and integrations, as well as developing MCP servers to connect agents to data sources and services. You’ll also implement backend services in Node.js and user-facing components in React, and iterate on agent performance, quality, cost, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows (including GitHub Agentic Workflows)
• Develop custom agent skills, tools, and integrations with internal/external systems
• Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect agents with data sources and services
• Apply prompt and context engineering, tool calling, RAG, and evaluation to deliver reliable agent behavior
• Develop backend services in Node.js and user-facing components in React to expose agent capabilities
• Translate business requirements into well-structured technical tasks and deliver features end-to-end
• Monitor, test, and iterate on agent performance, quality, cost, and safety
• Perform code reviews and contribute to documentation and best practices
• Share knowledge about AI tooling and agentic patterns

Requirements

• Experience designing and building AI agents and agentic workflows, preferably with GitHub Agentic Workflows
• Strong understanding of core LLM concepts: prompting, context windows, tool/function calling, RAG, and evaluation
• Experience developing and maintaining custom AI agents, skills, tools, and integrations
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
• Solid software engineering background with Node.js and React
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
• Proactive and curious mindset in dynamic, fast-evolving environments
• Fluent English communication
