Description

Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows, including GitHub Agentic Workflows, for a Fortune 500 client. Combine LLM engineering (prompting, context, tool calling, retrieval, evaluation) with full-stack development by creating backend services in Node.js and user-facing components in React. Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect agents to data sources and services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows
• Develop custom agent skills, tools, and integrations with internal and external systems
• Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
• Apply core LLM concepts to deliver reliable agent behavior
• Develop backend services in Node.js and user-facing components in React
• Translate business requirements into structured technical tasks and deliver features end-to-end
• Monitor, test, and iterate on agent performance, quality, cost, and safety
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to documentation and best practices
• Share knowledge about AI tooling and agentic patterns

Requirements

• Experience designing and building AI agents and agentic workflows, preferably with GitHub Agentic Workflows
• Strong understanding of core LLM concepts: prompting, context windows, tool/function calling, RAG, evaluation
• Experience developing and maintaining custom AI agents, skills, tools, and integrations
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining MCP servers
• Solid software engineering background with Node.js and React
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Proactive and curious mindset in dynamic, fast-evolving environments
• Fluent English communication
