Description

You will help build mature, self-organizing Scrum teams through coaching and motivation. You will facilitate Scrum events, improve team communication as well as efficiency and product quality, and actively remove impediments that prevent product delivery. You will also mentor the team, organization, and clients on applying Scrum and realizing its benefits.

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Scrum rules supported by at least 1 year of practical experience in a Scrum Master role
• Scrum certification (e.g., PSM I)
• Interest in Agile and continuous development of Agile knowledge
• English proficiency enabling smooth communication
• Knowledge of IT technologies at a level that allows understanding the team and the work environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• (Preferred) Completed training in communication skills
• Positive attitude, good sense of humor, easy rapport with colleagues, openness to sharing knowledge and implementing change
• Organizational skills, ability to work under time pressure, and efficient problem-solving in difficult situations
• On-site presence in Gliwice at least 2 times per week
