Description

In this role, you develop data-driven insights and strategic recommendations from customer data and customer behavior—from defining objectives through actionable, data-led decision support. You will design, execute, and statistically evaluate test scenarios to demonstrate the impact of different measures and analyze cross-channel customer journeys to optimize the link between in-app activity and in-store purchasing. You collaborate closely with Data Science to industrialize data products and act as an expert contact for international interfaces in customer data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions for questions related to customer data and behavior, from goal setting to data-driven recommendations

• Conceptualize, support, and statistically evaluate test scenarios to prove the success of different initiatives

• Analyze customer journeys across channels to improve and optimize the interaction between in-app digital impulses and in-store buying behavior

• Work with Data Science to industrialize data products and support international stakeholders in customer data analytics

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in (Customer) Analytics, E-Commerce, or CRM

• Good knowledge of Python and/or R; Databricks experience is a plus

• Comprehensive knowledge of statistical methods and experience with Machine Learning

• Analytical, structured, and methodical way of working; ability to explain complex content clearly

• Fluent German required; good English required

• Fixed-term role for 2 years
