• Stage: Early customer launch / production batch and shipping

• Location: Żoliborz (near PKP Powązki), at least 3 days/week on-site

• Workload: at least 3/5 FTE; hours flexible to fit studies

Description

Work directly with the founders, taking ownership of topics that free up time for product and growth. You’ll handle finance and operations (monthly close, budgets, cash flow, KPIs, and investor updates), grants, community/partner/investor relations, and AI-enabled process automation. You will also run special projects end-to-end—from market research to fundraising materials and operationally critical items.

Responsibilities

• Finance and operations: monthly close, budgeting, cash flow, KPI tracking, investor updates

• Grants: identify programs, prepare applications, and manage reporting and deadlines

• Stakeholder relations: community, partners, investors; newsletters and social content

• Processes and AI: automate what can be automated and build new processes

• Special projects: end-to-end ownership (research, fundraising materials, critical shipments)

Requirements

• End of studies or up to two years post-graduation

• Evidence of independent delivery (project work, internships, academic circle, or own business)

• Strong numeracy; spreadsheet-based decision-making

• When blocked, bring 2–3 options plus a recommendation

• Daily AI usage with independent thinking

• Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken)

• German and a genuine interest in gaming or desk setups are a plus

• At least 3 days/week on-site in Żoliborz; at least 3/5 FTE and compatible with studies
