Description

You’ll work directly with the CEO as a hands-on operator—handling operations, project coordination, and ensuring tasks get completed. You’ll act as the communication bridge across traders, analysts, IT, and the office team, build processes and overviews from disorder, and create analyses that enable decisions within minutes. You’ll also introduce AI and automation where they can save hours, using tools like Claude and ChatGPT as everyday work tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations, projects, and execution—driving items to completion

• Communicate daily with traders, analysts, IT, and office operations

• Build systems: processes, overviews, deadlines, and follow-ups

• Identify opportunities where AI/automation can save time and implement improvements

• Prepare materials and analyses to support fast decision-making

• Take on whatever the startup needs at the time

Requirements

• AI-friendly approach; comfortable using AI and automation daily

• Exceptional organizational skills and proactive status tracking

• Natural problem solver; doesn’t wait for tasks, finds solutions

• Strong execution focus; prefers completed work

• Willingness to take on any task in a fast-paced startup

• Fluent working proficiency in Czech and English
