Description

Analyze accounting and finance processes to find automation opportunities, then design and implement practical automation solutions using tools such as Excel, VBA, Power Query, Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, and AI-enabled approaches. Evaluate opportunities by business value, technical feasibility, implementation effort, risk, and maintainability, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Provide training and knowledge sharing for end users.

Responsibilities

• Analyze accounting/finance processes to identify automation and improvement areas

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions (Excel/VBA, Power Query, Power Platform, RPA, AI)

• Assess automation opportunities using value, feasibility, effort, risk, and maintainability criteria

• Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities

• Create process maps to support analysis, standardization, optimization, and automation

• Deliver training and end-user support for automation solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, IT, or related field

• At least 3 years of experience with business processes in Accounting, Shared Services, or similar

• Fluent Polish and proficient English for global stakeholders and technical documentation

• Advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel, VBA, and Power Query

• Experience automating finance or accounting processes

• Practical understanding of one or more accounting areas

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently

• Curious about new technologies and committed to continuous improvement

• Ability to communicate with business users and translate needs into workable solutions
