Description

You will own Finance and Operations for the EMEA organization from the Warsaw hub in a senior, hands-on role. The position combines strategic financial leadership with operational responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial planning and controls, as well as ensuring the Warsaw operation runs smoothly. You will work closely with senior leadership, Finance, Engineering, Product, and other teams across the organization and use AI tools to make Finance & Operations more efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Own the annual budget, financial forecasts, rolling forecasts, headcount planning, and cash planning

  • Prepare monthly management reporting and variance analysis

  • Provide leadership with visibility into financial performance, risks, and spending

  • Coordinate accounting, payroll, tax, cash management, and statutory reporting with internal teams and external providers

  • Build and improve financial controls around purchasing, expenses, contracts, and vendors

  • Prepare financial scenarios and analyses supporting hiring, investment and resource allocation decisions

  • Work with Engineering and Product leaders on planning and monitoring their budgets

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities for the Warsaw hub (office, onboarding, vendors, and cross-functional coordination)

  • Use AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, automation, and everyday Finance & Operations processes

Requirements

  • Senior finance leadership experience in a high-growth technology or B2B SaaS company

  • Strong FP&A background (budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, variance analysis)

  • Understanding of accounting, cash management, payroll, tax, and statutory compliance

  • Commercial judgment and confidence working with senior stakeholders

  • Hands-on approach to building simple and scalable processes and controls

  • International experience (ideally EU/US operations)

  • AI-native mindset with practical experience using AI tools in everyday work

  • Fluent English and Polish

  • Based in Warsaw or willing to work from Warsaw
