Description

You will actively participate in company financial management—preparing analyses and reports for leadership and using insights to influence business decisions. The role focuses on cost control and optimization, cash flow monitoring, and improving financial data and processes. You will also support operations and sales teams on financial topics and help resolve ongoing financial issues (e.g., international settlements).

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses and reports for management
• Control costs and identify optimization opportunities
• Monitor cash flow
• Coordinate with an external accounting office and verify financial data
• Support operations and sales teams in financial matters
• Help resolve current financial issues (e.g., international settlements)
• Streamline processes and organize financial data
• Contribute to company development projects (e.g., financing, process optimization)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Comarch financial/accounting systems
• Very good English proficiency (B2/C1)
• Independence, responsibility, and strong work organization
• Availability for full-time on-site work in Oleśnica
