Description

You will lead a small team of developers working on mobile (and back-end) products, taking ownership of architecture decisions for iOS and Android applications. The role includes technical oversight, setting quality standards through code reviews, mentoring developers, and guiding the technological direction of the product and team. You will also run technical discussions with clients and translate technical topics into business language.

Responsibilities

• Make key decisions on architecture and development of mobile solutions
• Provide technical oversight for iOS and Android applications
• Define quality standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure high software delivery quality
• Mentor the team and help remove current blockers
• Lead technical discussions with clients and represent the team during external meetings
• Set the direction for technological development of products and the team
• Support team members’ skill development and build a positive collaboration atmosphere
• Practical use of the training budget and development initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile application development with strong iOS and Android knowledge
• Ability to design and evolve mobile solution architecture and make key technical decisions
• Practical knowledge of mobile architecture, back-end, and DevOps
• Experience mentoring developers or leading a technical team
• Enjoy sharing knowledge, helping others grow, and building an engaged team
• Ownership mindset and confidence to solve technical problems independently
• Strong communication with clients and ability to translate technical topics into business terms
• Comfort working in a team
• Open, communicative, consistent, and persistent working style
