Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from MindPal. You may choose to consent to one or both of the following message categories. Each requires a separate opt-in:

• Customer Care Messages: Includes appointment reminders, onboarding assistance, account updates, and support alerts. (Message frequency varies).
• Marketing Messages: Includes new product announcements, webinars, promotional offers, and general company news. (Message frequency varies).

How to Opt In

You opt in by checking the relevant consent box(es) on our contact or audit form and submitting your phone number. Opt-in is voluntary and not required to receive our services.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all MindPal SMS messages. You will receive one confirmation text and then no further messages.

To opt back in, reply START to the message or submit the form again and check the relevant consent box(es).

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and consent preferences are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
