Description

You will design and implement workflow automations on the WEBCON BPS low-code platform, including complex decision logic, process state models, and integrations between systems. You’ll optimize workflow performance and event handling, working closely with analysts to translate operational processes into system solutions. You will also actively contribute to the workflow solution architecture within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflow automation for business processes

• Implement and maintain integrations between systems

• Optimize performance of workflows and handle events

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience implementing processes on WEBCON BPS

• Knowledge of WEBCON BPS platform architecture

• Ability to analyze logs and performance and optimize databases

• Strong understanding of BPMS and workflow automation principles

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking to optimize processes

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders

• English proficiency at least B2
