Description

Design, build, deploy, and develop workflow and process applications on the WEBCON BPS low-code platform. Translate business requirements into process models and user-supporting solutions, while building and maintaining integrations with banking systems using APIs and available integration mechanisms. Ensure solution quality through testing, documentation, error handling, and SDLC standards, working end-to-end with business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and improve WEBCON BPS applications and workflow
• Analyze business requirements and model processes into low-code solutions
• Create and maintain WEBCON BPS integrations with bank systems using APIs and integration tools
• Test, document, and maintain solutions; diagnose and fix errors according to quality and security standards
• Collaborate with business, architecture, cybersecurity, and other IT teams to deliver end-to-end process solutions

Requirements

• Practical experience with WEBCON BPS low-code development, especially forms, workflow, and process applications
• Ability to convert business requirements into process models and solutions for end users
• Integration knowledge: APIs, JSON, authorization, data exchange, and data mapping
• Basics of data modeling and working with queries and data structures
• Quality mindset: testing, documenting changes, error handling, and SDLC standards
• Understanding of application security, permissions/access management, and data protection
• Ability to diagnose issues and independently complete tasks of moderate complexity
• Interest in using AI to support development, testing, and documentation
• Collaboration skills with business users and IT teams; Agile basics (Scrum, Kanban)
• English proficiency for technical documentation and vendor collaboration
