Quick Facts

• Role: Low-code platform developer (BPM/BPMS)

• Work mode: Remote with occasional office meetings in Łódź (about 2 days per month)

Description

You will design, optimize, and configure business processes on a low-code/BPMS platform. You’ll support the development and maintenance of process-supporting solutions, including gathering and analyzing business requirements, prototyping/modeling, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with the project team and business stakeholders and help improve existing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and configure processes on a BPMS platform

• Contribute to development and maintenance of solutions supporting business processes

• Gather and analyze business requirements for BPMN-class process implementations and development

• Prototype and model the solutions being implemented

• Analyze issues and help develop solutions

• Collaborate with the project team and business stakeholders

• Propose improvements and optimizations of existing solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position

• Higher education (preferably technical/quantitative)

• Logical and analytical thinking

• Ability to independently diagnose and solve problems

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team
