Description

Design, build, deploy, and evolve low-code applications and workflow on the WEBCON BPS platform. Translate business requirements into process models and solutions that support end users, and maintain integrations with bank systems using APIs and available integration mechanisms. Ensure quality through testing, documentation, error diagnosis, and adherence to security standards while collaborating with business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, implement, and develop applications and workflow in WEBCON BPS

• Analyze business requirements; model processes and map them to low-code solutions

• Create and maintain WEBCON BPS integrations with bank systems using APIs and integration tools

• Test, document, and maintain solutions; diagnose and fix defects per quality and security standards

• Work with business, architecture, cybersecurity, and other IT teams for end-to-end process delivery

Requirements

• Practical experience creating and developing low-code solutions on WEBCON BPS (forms, workflow, process applications)

• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into process models and user-supporting solutions

• Knowledge of system integration: API, JSON, authorization, data exchange and mapping

• Basic data modeling knowledge; ability to work with queries and data structures

• Commitment to solution quality: testing, documentation of changes, error handling, SDLC standards

• Understanding of application security, permissions/access management, and data protection

• Ability to diagnose issues and independently deliver tasks of moderate complexity

• Interest in using AI to support development, testing, and documentation

• Ability to collaborate with business users and IT teams; Agile basics (Scrum, Kanban)

• English proficiency to use technical documentation and collaborate with technology providers
