Description

Design and develop automated workflow solutions using the WEBCON low-code platform, including SDK add-ons and WEBCON BPS architecture. You will integrate systems via APIs, optimize performance (including database and logs), and configure BPMS solutions to improve business processes. You will document workflows/configurations and collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to ensure secure, high-quality low-code development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated workflow flows using WEBCON low-code platform

• Program SDK add-ons for workflow processes

• Develop architecture for WEBCON BPS solutions

• Analyze logs, troubleshoot, and optimize performance on the platform (incl. database)

• Translate business requirements into working BPMS/workflow solutions

• Configure and adapt BPMS solutions to optimize business processes

• Maintain clear documentation of workflows and system configuration

• Follow software development standards for the low-code platform

• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation

• Work closely with IT teams to support security and low-code development best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with no-code/low-code programming platforms

• 2+ years of experience programming SDK add-ons

• Knowledge of WEBCON BPS platform architecture

• Ability to analyze logs, performance, and optimize database work

• Solid understanding of BPMS and workflow automation principles

• Knowledge of API interfaces and data integration techniques for workflow automation

• SQL knowledge

• Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API

• English knowledge: at least B2
