Description

You will analyze business requirements and data/reporting processes in the insurance claims and benefits area and convert them into functional specifications for data and reporting solutions. You will collaborate with business users to define and refine requirements, perform independent analysis of large data volumes using SQL, and partner with software developers during design and implementation. You will also prepare project/analytical documentation and create test scenarios, test cases, and expected results.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business or systems analysis related to data, data warehouses, or BI

• Available ASAP or with a maximum 2-week notice period

• Experience preparing analytical documentation and requirements specifications

• Experience preparing test scenarios and test cases

• Strong SQL knowledge enabling independent data analysis

• Fluent Polish

• Nice to have: Insurance industry experience (claims, benefits, or policy systems)

• Nice to have: Experience in data warehouse projects, data migration, or data architecture redesign

• Nice to have: SAS knowledge (Enterprise Guide, 4GL, macros)
