Description

You will develop and apply DORA subject matter expertise, translating the main regulation and regulatory technical standards into actionable requirements for financial entities. You will drive the requirements process throughout the project lifecycle and support operational resilience via business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity management concepts. You’ll also contribute to business cases and development planning, and coordinate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply DORA subject matter expertise and ensure requirements are actionable for financial entities

• Provide input to project members and the steering group to improve understanding of requirements

• Provide input to business cases and development planning to project managers and business areas

• Drive and manage the requirements process throughout the project lifecycle

• Implement and support key business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity management concepts to contribute to operational resilience

Requirements

• 4+ years as Senior IT Analyst

• 5–10 years of experience with IT projects

• DORA subject matter knowledge, including the DORA main regulation and regulatory technical standards

• Knowledge and experience implementing business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity management concepts, requirements, and/or operational resilience experience

• Prior experience from financial entities or within the banking sector

• Experience performing regulatory gap assessments and evaluating adherence to regulatory requirements

• Strong background in Risk Management

• Experience in IT Compliance

• Ability to independently lead and coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of various seniority

• English fluency
