Description

You will coordinate internal and external IT audits and support IT-related regulatory questionnaires and inspections. You will work with global IT Risk & Compliance teams, auditors, regulators, and senior management across multiple locations, helping ensure audit conclusions reflect facts and underlying controls. You will also track and monitor remediation measures and support reporting to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for internal and external IT audits, IT-related regulatory questionnaires, and inspection activities
  • Coordinate IT audits end-to-end: preparation, fieldwork (including evidence delivery), reporting, and follow-up monitoring
  • Support discussions with auditors and regulators and verify that audit conclusions reflect underlying facts and controls
  • Track and monitor IT audit-related measures, including maintenance and continuous enhancement of IT audits and IT measures registers
  • Prepare and support reporting for senior stakeholders and executive management, including Service Review Meetings (inputs, documentation of outcomes, follow-up action tracking, presentation)
  • Foster global collaboration and knowledge sharing among IT Risk & Compliance teams

Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • University degree in Computer Engineering/IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years IT Audit experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or another highly regulated industry
  • Experience performing IT audits against regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Proficient in financial services-relevant regulations, especially DORA
  • 2+ years experience working with senior stakeholders and executive management
  • Excellent communication skills and sound judgment
  • Ability to remain effective with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight timelines
  • Ability to oversee and handle multiple requests
  • Calmness and clarity under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to undertake occasional global travel
