Description

Create and update CAD drawings and spatial data to reflect layout changes, ensuring precision and reliability through stakeholder verification. Maintain polylines, measurements, and space attributes according to global standards and local technical requirements, while ensuring compliance with drawing standards such as layering, naming conventions, and space numbering. Support technical documentation, spatial reports/analyses, quality checks, data validation, and project deadline delivery through coordination and escalation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update CAD drawings and spatial data for layout changes with verification
  • Maintain polylines, measurements, and space attributes per standards
  • Ensure compliance with drawing standards (layering, naming conventions, space numbering)
  • Support technical documentation and produce required spatial reports or analyses
  • Meet deadlines and quality expectations; coordinate and escalate when needed
  • Manage and distribute update templates; ensure timely receipt and accurate data capture
  • Perform quality checks, data validation, and support application/platform testing as required
  • Communicate regularly to capture changes and clarify project needs
  • Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (architecture, civil engineering)
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent drafting skills in AutoCAD; other drafting platforms are a plus
  • Strong comprehension of architect drawings and technical/industry standards for space management
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills, especially communication (verbal/written)
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge in preparing building permission and realization projects
  • Advanced English (communicative at minimum)
