Description

You will create and edit site and elevation plans and produce execution planning deliverables for infrastructure measures in civil works, road construction, and drainage. The role includes detailed design of infrastructure facilities and structures, maintaining 2D/3D models, using coordinate systems and surveying/as-built data, documenting project drawings, and handing results off for technical review and approval.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit site plans (Lagepläne) and elevation planning

• Develop execution planning documents in civil works, road construction, and drainage

• Consider structural boundary conditions, project requirements, and existing data

• Perform detailed planning of infrastructure components and structures (e.g., manhole/shaft structures, drainage facilities, pipeline and trench routings, drinking water networks, trunk pipelines, cable duct/trench routes, road and traffic surfaces)

• Create, maintain, and edit 2D and 3D models

• Apply and manage relevant coordinate systems

• Produce accurate graphical documentation of project deliverables

• Compile complete planning and project documentation

• Hand results over for technical checking and release

Requirements

• Completed training as a construction drafter, technical drafter, CAD designer, technician, or comparable qualification

• Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD

• Practical, hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D (mandatory)

• Experience in site plan editing

• Experience in elevation / ceiling elevation planning

• Experience in execution planning

• Experience in detailed planning of infrastructure components, e.g., manhole/shaft structures

• Solid knowledge of below-ground infrastructure, especially stormwater and wastewater systems, drinking water networks, trunk pipelines, etc.

• Confident handling of coordinate systems and surveying data
