Description

You will ensure high-quality, complete, and consistent master data (Master Data) across business systems in an international organization. As a subject-matter expert, you will support business stakeholders with data management, analyze and resolve data quality issues, and take part in automation, migration, and system development projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain master data in business systems
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness
• Analyze and troubleshoot master data quality problems
• Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams
• Participate in data migration, system integration, and process automation projects
• Identify and implement Master Data improvements
• Create reports and documentation and support business testing
• Share knowledge and support less experienced team members

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Master Data Management or a related field
• Excellent SQL and data analysis skills
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge
• Experience with ServiceNow
• ERP experience (preferred: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012)
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
• Knowledge of Power Query, Power Apps, or Power Automate (additional advantage)
• Very good English
• Independence, analytical approach, and continuous improvement mindset
