Description

You will coordinate business and technical changes during a large-scale Google Cloud migration program, ensuring effective change and release management across teams. The role covers end-to-end release coordination, dependency/risk management, and keeping technical and business stakeholders release-ready. You will also support knowledge sharing and follow-up/escalation of blockers.

Responsibilities

• Manage business process and technical changes within the cloud migration program

• Coordinate and facilitate changes across multiple application development teams

• Manage Change Management and Release Management processes according to internal procedures and guidelines

• Coordinate releases and changes across the end-to-end delivery process

• Identify dependencies, risks, owners, and potential blockers related to planned changes

• Ensure teams and stakeholders are prepared for upcoming releases and changes

• Coordinate communication and information sharing between technical teams, business stakeholders, and users

• Support knowledge sharing and upskilling activities for relevant users

• Ensure effective follow-up and escalation of risks and blockers

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Release Management and/or Change Management

• Proven experience in cloud migration projects (mandatory)

• Experience coordinating changes across multiple development teams and business stakeholders

• Strong understanding of formal change and release management processes

• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, communication, and release readiness

• Strong ownership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• Very good English communication skills
