Description

You will develop the back end of the CLP application supporting the credit workflow and decision-making for corporate banking products. The system uses a hybrid architecture: a monolith with areas gradually separated into microservices, with integrations via REST API and asynchronous messaging using RabbitMQ. You will act as a Technical Lead, supporting technical decisions and leading implementation of new Java functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend capabilities for the CLP workflow application

• Work with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift

• Participate in architectural and technical change design

• Lead technical decisions as a Technical Lead

• Design and implement new features in Java

• Develop and maintain REST services

• Build and evolve asynchronous communication using RabbitMQ

• Design event-driven solutions

• Participate in further extraction of functionality from the monolith to microservices

• Design and develop distributed architecture solutions

• Collaborate with Oracle databases

• Create and maintain integration contracts, including AsyncAPI

• Develop and maintain CI/CD processes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience

• Practical experience designing and developing distributed systems

• Java at least intermediate level

• Advanced REST API knowledge

• Oracle at least intermediate level

• Advanced RabbitMQ knowledge

• Event-driven architecture and asynchronous communication experience

• AsyncAPI knowledge

• Comfortable working with Git, Maven, Jenkins

• Practical experience with OpenShift

• Practical experience building, maintaining, and developing CI/CD processes

• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems

• Experience as a technical leader / leading technical team

• Experience defining and enforcing code quality standards

• Practice with testing, code review, and developer best practices

• Mentoring experience for less experienced developers
