Architecture: Hybrid (monolith gradually split into microservices) with REST and RabbitMQ

Engagement: B2B contract

Rate: 165 PLN/hour net + VAT

Description

You will lead backend development for the CLP workflow application, designing microservices and event-driven solutions in a hybrid system. As a technical leader, you will set standards for code quality, testing, and code reviews, and mentor developers. You will also support CI/CD processes and work with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift while collaborating with business and technical teams in Agile.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend components and design solutions for microservices and event-driven architecture
• Act as a technical leader: define coding/testing standards, conduct code reviews, mentor developers
• Solve complex technical problems and collaborate with business and technical teams in Agile
• Support CI/CD processes using Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer
• 2+ years of experience as a Lead
• Higher technical education
• Very good knowledge of Java
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Git, Jira, and Oracle
• Practical knowledge of REST API and AsyncAPI
• Experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Agile deployment methodologies
• Polish: at least B2
• English: at least B2
