You will work as a Machine Operator (m/f/d) and receive step-by-step training on a modern BOBST die-cutting machine, with the goal of progressing to machine operation responsibilities if you prove suitable. You will be supported by experienced colleagues.

Description

Operate and monitor the die-cutting machine safely, implement production orders according to specifications, and increasingly set up the machine independently. You will identify and resolve minor malfunctions, perform maintenance and care tasks, and keep an eye on quality and production flow.

Requirements

• Experience in a production environment
• Experience handling production machines
• Technical interest and hands-on skills
• Careful and reliable working style
• Motivation to learn and take on more responsibility
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and occasionally at night
