Description

Execute manufacturing processes for bulk adhesive products according to approved SOPs, Manufacturing Instructions, and safety requirements. Operate mixers, mills, presses, and weighing scales to achieve batch specifications and meet quality standards while keeping work areas contamination-free. Monitor process conditions and product quality, report deviations, and document production, material usage, and process data accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Run manufacturing processes for bulk adhesive products per SOPs and safety requirements

  • Operate production equipment (mixers, mills, presses, weighing scales)

  • Maintain clean, organized, contamination-free work areas, equipment, and tools

  • Monitor process conditions, product quality, and equipment performance; report deviations

  • Document production activities, material usage, and process data in required systems/batch records

  • Follow safety policies, chemical handling procedures, and PPE requirements to ensure compliance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or technical school graduate, or GED

  • 1 to 3 years related experience, preferably in a production environment (or equivalent education/experience)

  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with Windows-based applications and common tools such as email, SAP (or other ERP), and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to accurately complete production documentation and maintain legible records

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
