You will implement architecture patterns such as AI microservices, AI gateways, and control layers, and integrate GenAI into existing enterprise applications (assistants, automations, agent orchestration, and intelligent workflows). Work with meta-models, domain languages, and structured interfaces, and ensure AI components are testable and observable with telemetry and guardrails.

Responsibilities

  • Implement AI architecture patterns: AI microservices, AI gateways, and control layers
  • Integrate GenAI into existing enterprise apps (assistants, automations, agent orchestration, intelligent workflows)
  • Use meta-models, domain languages, and structured interfaces (avoid embedding a “prompt zoo” in code)
  • Build tests, telemetry, and guardrails for AI components to keep behavior traceable, monitorable, and controllable
  • Work backend (Java, Spring Boot/Quarkus), frontend (TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue), or fullstack, tightly aligned with cloud and platform teams

Requirements

  • Multi-year experience building mission-critical applications, ideally using microservices or event-driven architectures
  • Very good knowledge of Java/Spring Boot/Quarkus and/or TypeScript/React/Angular/Vue
  • Practical experience with LLMs/GenAI such as RAG, agents, tool-calling, and workflow orchestration
  • Clear understanding of separation of concerns and the ability to keep AI components separate from core logic
  • Policy-driven mindset covering logging, observability, testing, and fallbacks
  • Team-oriented working style with collaboration across architecture, Data/ML teams, and business stakeholders
  • Very good German and English skills

Benefits

  • Sport subsidies
  • Flexible working models
  • Support for work-life balance
  • 400+ training offerings for continuous professional development
