Description

You will support Scrum teams by analyzing client needs and preparing business and system requirements for GenAI-related solutions. You’ll facilitate analytic workshops, produce functional designs and analytical documentation, and collaborate with developers and testers during delivery and acceptance testing. The role also includes contributing to AI tools development and managing change throughout the project.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client needs and prepare business and system requirement specifications

  • Lead analytical workshops and advise clients on optimal solution choices

  • Create functional designs and analytical documentation

  • Contribute to the development of the company’s AI tools

  • Collaborate with the delivery team and client representatives

  • Work with the testing team during acceptance testing

  • Support developers during implementation

  • Support the team in aligning on product goals and building engagement

  • Manage change

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business-System Analyst, including at least 2 years with AI

  • Knowledge of OpenAI and GenAI

  • Experience with retail systems is a plus

  • Very strong knowledge of UML and BPMN

  • Experience working with Confluence, JIRA, and Enterprise Architect

  • Practical experience in business analysis methodologies (as-is process analysis and to-be process design)

  • Knowledge of integration topics: REST API and OpenAPI

  • Ability to define and analyze integration contracts

  • Ability to create and manage functional and non-functional requirements

  • Practical experience creating User Stories

  • Experience producing comprehensive system and analytical documentation

  • Basic knowledge of IT technologies and architectures for transactional systems (APIs, databases, system integrations)

  • Willingness to appear in Warsaw for project workshops
