Description

You will support and progressively own the administration and security monitoring of customers’ Linux infrastructure. The position covers Linux server configuration, security/monitoring tooling operations, on-premise infrastructure design, virtualization and backup management, and running Linux web and database services. You will also automate routine tasks and handle customer requests via a ticketing system while complying with IT security policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Linux servers (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Operate and develop monitoring and security oversight (Zabbix, Wazuh, ESET)
• Design and implement on-premise server infrastructure
• Manage virtualization and backups (VMware/Proxmox, Veeam)
• Operate Linux web and database services (Apache, NGINX, MariaDB, PostgreSQL)
• Automate routine tasks using Bash
• Handle customer requests, communicate, and work in a ticketing system
• Follow IT policies and security standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Linux server administration
• Linux administration skills: services, networking, permissions, logs, troubleshooting
• Basic Bash scripting
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewalls
• Technical secondary or university education
• English A2+ for technical documentation
• Driver’s license category B
• Responsibility, independence, willingness to learn, and pleasant professional communication
