Description

Lead the Encryption Governance team responsible for cryptographic advisory, governance, and solutions for existing and new services (including cloud and secure storage) using both symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, including considerations for upcoming quantum threats.

Manage documentation and continuous improvement of encryption and key management processes and standards used globally, while ensuring the team operates in line with IT Security Strategy and business drivers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the team operationally with employees in Poland and drive operational excellence
• Ensure delivery of strong professional results and connect team plans to underlying business drivers
• Create and implement development and operational plans; set concrete targets for the team and each employee
• Ensure direct reports understand how their targets link to daily duties
• Manage risks and ensure regulatory and governance compliance
• Lead execution to meet short- and mid-term targets for the team and individuals
• Drive performance through tools, processes, and culture, with a high degree of proactivity
