Description

Lead a team of network security specialists focused on designing, implementing, and configuring network security solutions. Provide consulting and technical support for projects involving firewalls and security gateways, manage technical incidents, and collaborate with customers and internal teams on security architecture development. Work with enterprise security architecture and modern security technologies to support implementations, migrations, and major infrastructure changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of network security specialists (personal development planning, resource planning, communication with business and technical teams)
• Design, implement, and configure network security solutions
• Consult and deliver firewall/security gateway projects and related technologies
• Support customers in financial institutions, public administration, and commercial sectors during new implementations, migrations, and major infrastructure changes
• Provide pre-sales technical support: present proposed solutions and consult on technical requirements
• Resolve technical incidents and problems in collaboration with vendors and technology partners
• Collaborate with internal teams on designing and expanding security architectures

Requirements

• Experience leading people
• Knowledge of enterprise security architecture
• Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet and/or Check Point, Cisco
• Orientation in network and infrastructure security
• Knowledge of designing and integrating security controls, including identity verification and infrastructure security
• Ability to communicate with customers and provide technical consultations
• Active Czech and English language skills for customer and vendor communication
• Independent, responsible working style and high technical reliability
• Willingness to continuously learn and obtain professional certifications
