Description

You will support audits of ICT technology suppliers to ensure compliance with DORA and applicable regulatory requirements. The work includes planning audits, coordinating communication with vendors and IT teams, analyzing documentation and audit evidence, and preparing reports with remediation recommendations and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Plan ICT supplier audits according to the schedule and applicable regulations

• Coordinate the audit process communications (vendors and IT teams)

• Prepare audit questionnaires and lead audit meetings

• Analyze documentation, collect audit evidence, and assess supplier compliance

• Create audit reports with recommendations and corrective action plans

• Monitor implementation of post-audit recommendations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in auditing, control, compliance, or working with external entities

• Auditor certification/authorization

• Higher education degree (preferred: law, economics, IT)

• Knowledge of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)

• Knowledge of conducting audits and creating checklists

• Experience collaborating with external ICT vendors
