You will be trained by senior consultants and then join customer projects implementing the K2 ERP system. Starting with analysis work, you will gradually take responsibility for larger tasks and, for top performers, lead a team. The role suits developers with object-oriented programming experience who are willing to understand the business processes behind the product.

Responsibilities

• Participate in analyses for ERP implementation projects

• Solve and deliver assigned tasks as part of K2 implementation teams

• Communicate with clients/people face-to-face to understand problems and processes

• Work on effective solutions based on customer needs

Requirements

• Experience with object-oriented programming

• Ability to solve tasks independently

• Face-to-face communication with clients/users

• Determination to address problems directly

• Willingness to learn and understand company business processes
