Description

You will coordinate IT implementation and administration projects for ERP/CRM systems, keeping timelines, budgets, and service quality on track. You will regularly communicate with clients, provide feedback on service quality, and act as the bridge between the client and the delivery team. You will prepare project documentation and materials for monthly invoicing while working with modern tools, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned implementation and administration projects for ERP/CRM systems (Dynamics 365)
• Monitor deadlines and budgets; act early when plans deviate
• Hold regular client meetings and gather/relay feedback on service quality
• Serve as the liaison between the client and the delivery team
• Prepare project documentation and inputs for monthly invoicing
• Use modern tooling, including AI, from documentation to requirements analysis

Requirements

• At least 1 year of IT project management experience
• Analytical thinking, proactivity, and excellent organizational skills
• Confident communication (daily interaction with clients and internal team)
• English at a professional communication level
• University degree
