Description

You will support access governance across enterprise systems by coordinating user access certification and recertification activities. You will work with IT, Security, and business teams to manage onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access, validate access using SailPoint and Active Directory, and improve IAM processes through automation. You will also analyze access data to support audits and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Access Governance, or User Access Certification
• Experience with user provisioning, access reviews, onboarding/offboarding, and role management
• Hands-on knowledge of SailPoint, Active Directory, and data validation
• Experience supporting audits or working with ITSM/ticketing tools
• Understanding of security, compliance, and access governance principles
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent English
