Description

Support organizations with identity governance and access management initiatives to strengthen cybersecurity risk management. Lead work in the SailPoint ecosystem, including onboarding, access review activities, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policy reviews. Configure SailPoint capabilities, develop additional functionality, and collaborate with clients and security stakeholders while mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead work in the SailPoint ecosystem

• Onboard applications; review access and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies

• Configure SailPoint functions and implement additional features through programming

• Work with clients and management to understand business needs, scope, requirements, and solution approach

• Understand and implement required security controls and processes

• Drive and coordinate development of SailPoint functionalities/solutions

• Mentor and support other team members on SailPoint

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role related to information security

• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

• Experience configuring and maintaining IDM/IAM systems (OpenText, RSA, SailPoint preferred)

• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, system administrators, and the IT security department

• Ability to share knowledge and conduct trainings for other team members

• English proficiency enabling comfortable communication (B2)
