Description

You will analyze and model data and ETL integration processes for data pipelines in a data warehouse/data lakehouse environment, including work in GCP-based setups. The job emphasizes designing logical data models, creating Source-Target matrices to support development, and translating business needs into requirements that can be tested. You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements for new data sources and to support analysis through design, implementation, and testing of data loading processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model data models for data pipelines in data warehouse and data lakehouse solutions

• Analyze and model ETL processes for data integration

• Analyze and model data integration processes in GCP

• Collaborate with other Bank units to define specification requirements for new data sources

• Design the logical data model for the operational area of the data warehouse

• Create Source-Target matrices (STM) for building developer processes

• Work with IT teams (developers, PMs, testers) and the business

• Provide analytical support during design, development, and testing of data loading processes

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst in data integration/data pipeline processes

• Very good SQL

• Knowledge of relational database principles

• Experience designing data warehouse models and/or GCP BigQuery-based models

• Experience documenting business-system requirements

• Experience defining requirement matrices that translate into unit tests

• Ability to specify tasks for developers (descriptive documentation and STM)

• Experience maintaining project documentation

• Experience working directly with clients to define business-system requirements

• Experience creating functional and/or technical specifications

• Ability to analyze XML/XSD and build a relational model from XSD

• Knowledge of Confluence and Jira

• English at least at the level of technical documentation
