Description

Support end-to-end delivery of Packet Core solutions by executing deployment, integration, validation, migration, and upgrade activities. Collaborate with architects, project managers, customers, and support teams to ensure network elements are delivered, tested, and integrated per requirements with high quality and operational reliability. Troubleshoot issues, support incident resolution, and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, and configure Packet Core network elements
• Prepare and validate implementation procedures, templates, and technical documentation
• Execute system, functional, and acceptance tests
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support incident resolution
• Perform software upgrades, migrations, and feature activation activities
• Collaborate across project, customer, and support teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvements, and technical documentation

Requirements

• Experience with Packet Core deployment, integration, or operations in telecom environments
• Strong knowledge of 4G/5G Core Networks and Packet Core technologies (GGSN, SGSN, PGW, SGW, MME, AMF, SMF, UPF)
• Understanding of telecom protocols, network architectures, and 3GPP standards
• Experience with software installation, configuration, testing, migration, and upgrades
• Hands-on troubleshooting and incident management experience
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and telecom delivery processes
• Experience with technical documentation (MOPs, ATPs, integration procedures, software lifecycle management)
• Knowledge of ticketing and support processes and collaboration with engineering/support teams
