Description

You will design, develop, test, and deploy Workato integration workflows connecting systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, HRIS, and other SaaS applications. You will convert business and technical requirements into functional, reusable integration solutions, working with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and data transformations (JSON/XML) including mapping logic. You’ll also monitor existing integrations, diagnose issues, and document transformation logic and data mappings.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workato integration workflows

• Integrate Salesforce, NetSuite, HRIS, and other SaaS applications

• Translate business and technical requirements into reusable integration solutions

• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and OAuth

• Perform data transformations and JSON/XML mapping

• Implement error handling, retry mechanisms, and alerting

• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions

• Create technical documentation, including data mappings and transformation logic

• Contribute to integration standards, versioning, and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with enterprise integrations or iPaaS

• Practical Workato experience (ideally complex multi-step workflows, custom connectors, and remote calls)

• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and OAuth

• Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite integrations

• Knowledge of JSON/XML, data transformations, and mapping logic

• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver end-to-end

• English for international collaboration
