Description

You will help define and implement the architecture standard for a Workforce Management platform used by thousands of international users. The role combines cloud and application integration expertise (Azure, SAP BTP, SaaS) with close collaboration across DevOps, product owners, and international development teams. You will ensure high quality, proper documentation, and strict security, data privacy, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an overview of the complex technology landscape and understand the interplay of DevOps, code repositories, SaaS, SAP BTP, and Azure

• Use architecture models to make informed decisions and ensure documentation of the application landscape

• Leverage new capabilities in Azure, SAP BTP, and mobile clients to drive technical and business innovations

• Work closely with domain experts, Product Owners, and international development teams in BizDevOps teams

• Define guidelines and integrate the Workforce-Management platform into the broader enterprise environment

• Ensure solution quality and exchange with other architects to promote optimal solutions and agile methods

• Ensure all solutions meet the highest security, data protection, and compliance standards to protect the platform and customer data

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification in IT

• Several years of proven success in complex IT landscapes with different application depths

• Experience working with service providers and integrating externally provided components

• Broad technology-conceptual knowledge in cloud environments (Azure, SAP BTP, SaaS integration) and application integration (interfaces, contracts)

• Strong German and very good English skills (at least B2)

• Ability to prepare and present content tailored to target audiences

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
