Description

Support development and management teams by monitoring working time, internal tools, and coordinating roll-on/roll-off processes. Prepare and analyze reports, participate in project/data/system audits, and help optimize processes with a focus on continuous improvement and data quality. Manage project access, file permissions, and dashboards; oversee billing for development services; and support documentation management and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor working time and internal tools; coordinate roll-on/roll-off processes

• Prepare and analyze reports; participate in project, data, and system audits

• Optimize processes with continuous improvement and strong data quality focus

• Manage project access, file permissions, and dashboards

• Oversee billing for development services

• Maintain and manage documentation to support transparency and knowledge sharing

• Support HR-related processes and workforce planning

• Organize and conduct management meetings, schedule team events, and support new employee onboarding

Requirements

• Availability to work 30+ hours per week

• Active student status

• Fluency in Polish and English (B2)

• Strong knowledge of MS Office; good understanding of project management processes

• Detail-oriented and self-organized; ability to track open tasks and project statuses

• Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills
