Description

This role serves as the main point of contact for Change and Release Management in a transformation program to Google Cloud. You will manage business and technical changes, coordinate deployment-related activities across development and application teams, and ensure compliance with the required Change/Release procedures. You will also lead communication, knowledge sharing, and user preparation for the delivered changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Change Management and Release Management

• Experience running change and release activities for cloud migration projects, especially in Google Cloud

• Strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholders; ability to communicate priorities, risks, and actions

• Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into recommendations and an action plan

• Experience coordinating communication, knowledge transfer, and upskilling activities

• Excellent English (speaking and writing)

• Independence, ownership, proactivity, and a problem-solving mindset
