Description

You will design, test, and implement AI workflow pipelines—mainly in ComfyUI—to streamline creative and production tasks. The work includes optimizing pipelines for quality, speed, repeatability, generation cost, and team usability, plus evaluating AI output quality to improve the process. You’ll also support production projects (e.g., packshot2model, faceswap, and automated product image variant generation) and prepare internal tools and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and document workflows in ComfyUI and other AI tools.
• Optimize AI pipelines for output quality, speed, repeatability, generation cost, and ease of use.
• Assess AI results, identify constraints and errors, and improve processes.
• Execute test and rollout projects such as packshot2model, faceswap, and product image generation.
• Automate image processing and create visual variants.
• Lead projects end-to-end—from concept to final production files.
• Create tools and processes for creative teams, retouchers, and the model team.
• Prepare instructions, recommendations, and procedures for using AI tools.
• Test new models/nodes/solutions and recommend their adoption.

Requirements

• Experience with AI tools for image generation or 2D/3D graphics.
• Strong ComfyUI knowledge: build, optimize, and document workflows independently.
• Familiarity with AI image/video generation models and nodes; follow new developments.
• Portfolio demonstrating your AI-related work.
• Good aesthetic sense with attention to quality and visual consistency.
• Ability to plan work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to explain AI tools to others and prepare simple instructions.
• English B2+ and strong Polish.
