Description

Build and scale AI products across the full LLM stack—from RAG pipelines and agent workflows to evals, monitoring, and safe integration layers. You’ll prototype with product owners, validate where AI makes sense, and integrate LLM capabilities into existing Go/.NET backend services. You’ll also help the broader engineering team adopt AI tooling and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM applications: RAG systems, agentic workflows, SSE answer streaming, guardrails, and safety layers

• Build AI infrastructure and tooling: MCP servers, evaluation pipelines, quality monitoring, prompt management, and backend integrations

• Collaborate with product owners to identify high-value AI use cases, prototype, and validate

• Share AI know-how and support adoption of AI coding tools and practices across engineering

Requirements

• Experience building LLM-based products (OpenAI, Anthropic, or local models)

• Practical knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases

• Solid backend skills in Go, C#/.NET, or Python

• Good judgment on where AI adds value vs. where it’s overkill

• Communication in Czech or Slovak; English for reading/writing
