Description

Create 3D animation, motion design, and visual effects for local and international campaigns. You’ll manage video post-production (editing, sound adjustments, and final exports) and use AI tools for concepts, storyboards, imagery, and video. You’ll collaborate with a creative team from the first idea to the final delivery, including innovative formats like 3D billboards and digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D animations, motion design, and visual effects for campaigns
• Produce product renders and 3D animations
• Do video post-production: editing, sound tweaks, and final exports
• Use AI tools for concepts, storyboards, imagery, and video generation
• Work with copy and art from initial idea to final realization (with production support)
• Look for new technologies and ways to improve creative production
• Support innovative formats such as video content, 3D billboards, digital projection, fake OOH, and digital campaign assets

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in motion design or post-production
• 3D skills with Blender or Cinema 4D
• Very strong After Effects proficiency
• Video editing ability and knowledge of post-production workflow
• Strong visual sense, timing, and attention to detail
• Interest in AI tools and proactive experimentation in creative work
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable communicating in Czech and English
• Portfolio demonstrating your motion thinking and outputs
