Description

You will maintain and develop IT environments supporting television production, focusing on stability, security, and performance. You will support production teams in day-to-day technical work, collaborate on preparing new productions, and implement modern solutions to improve production processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage computer systems used for TV program production (video editing, audio, color correction, computer graphics, virtual production VR/XR systems)
• Administer and manage auxiliary systems (directory services, MDM, software updates, backups, virtualization via VMware)
• Administer and manage security maintenance systems
• Administer and manage computer networks and storage area networks
• Administer and manage studio systems (routing, distribution, synchronization, keying, mixing, video coding, and video stream transmission)
• Support Production Department staff with the production technology they use
• Collaborate with Production on technical preparation of new TV productions
• Identify and implement new technology solutions and improvements for TV production

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Very good knowledge of Linux/UNIX, macOS, and Windows operating systems
• Ability to program using Linux/UNIX shells
• Networking knowledge at Cisco CCNA and Arista ACE L3 level
• English language skills at B1 level
• Engagement and ability to independently solve technical issues
• Very good communication skills and a user-oriented approach
• B Category driver’s license
• Availability for business travel related to technical support for regional company units
