Description

You will manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including WAN/LAN, firewalls, client management, backups, and storage solutions. You will provide 3rd-level support by coordinating external service providers and supporting troubleshooting, conducting system and network diagnostics, and resolving issues. You will ensure availability and performance through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance, implement security measures, and keep technical documentation up to date.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of experience as an IT Administrator or System Engineer
• Solid knowledge of configuring and administering hybrid environments (virtualization for storage and computing, virtual networks, Azure); certifications are beneficial
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
• High affinity for hybrid IT processes and digital transformation topics
• Understanding of IT lifecycle management and knowledge of project management
