Description

As a Senior Agentic Engineer (AI & Automation), you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, automated, AI-driven solutions across the operational ecosystem. The role is hands-on: translating business and operational needs into robust technical solutions, owning delivery from initial design through implementation and continuous improvement. You will replace manual processes with intelligent, self-service, AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical health, stability, and scalability of operational systems and internal tools
• Manage and optimize the Zendesk ticketing ecosystem (workflows, integrations, automation)
• Design and build automated and self-service solutions to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
• Resolve complex technical issues through investigation, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes
• Plan and execute work within two-week sprint cycles balancing reliability and continuous improvement
• Design, build, and maintain system integrations and new platform capabilities for Operations and CX teams
• Leverage AI capabilities including LLM-based applications and multi-agent systems to enhance intelligence and automate decision-making
• Identify manual, repetitive processes and convert them into scalable AI-driven workflows
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned to business needs
• Ensure internal tools are reliable, observable, and secure through proactive improvements and monitoring

Requirements

• Experience leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and LLMs to automate complex tasks and enhance solution quality
• Ability to craft sophisticated prompts and integrate AI outputs into functional workflows
• Experience working with REST APIs for system integrations
• Strong communication skills
• Scripting experience
• Hands-on Azure platform experience with Function Apps, Automation Accounts, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps
• Experience working in a formal ticketing system (Zendesk or similar)
• Ability to translate high-level business requirements into technical architecture
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex environments independently
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps or Power Automate)
