Description

Design and build AI-powered solutions that streamline the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from analysis and planning through development, testing, and automation. Lead development of agentic AI frameworks (context search, vectorization, embeddings) and collaborate with stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable prototypes and technical specifications. Integrate AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, automate delivery with CI/CD practices, and stay current with advancements in agent-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions to streamline SDLC workflows and integrate models with applications, APIs, and DevOps tools
• Build and optimize agentic AI frameworks, including context search, vectorization, and embedding technologies
• Translate complex requirements into scalable, resilient prototypes and technical specifications
• Run proof-of-concept experiments to rapidly validate hypotheses in an R&D environment
• Integrate AI features within Azure AI Foundry and its ecosystem for deployment and operations
• Automate pipeline processes and support CI/CD for continuous delivery of AI-enhanced solutions
• Share knowledge across multidisciplinary teams to embed AI-driven innovations into workflows
• Monitor AI advancements, especially agent-based architectures, to inform development strategy

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in AI, machine learning, or data engineering
• Proven knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and related Azure ecosystem services
• Practical experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions (context search, vectorization, knowledge base integration)
• Solid programming background, preferably in Java (or similar)
• Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review processes
• Ability to quickly prototype ideas and validate hypotheses in a fast-paced R&D environment
• Familiarity with DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, SonarQube
• Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and effective communication with technical and non-technical teams
• Legal right to work in the European Union
